Paul Treasure is a brilliant artist exhibiting at Hayden Gallery, Marlow.
Tracey has been following Paul Treasure and his work for years, so it is with a huge amount of pleasure and pride that we now represent Paul Treasure at Hayden Gallery.
No sooner did we exhibit Paul in our Spring Exhibition than two beautiful pieces Braken and Braken II were sold and now installed in a gorgeous home in Penn.
Paul has exhibited so extensively that I am not even going to bother listing them - I’m sure if you google him there will be plenty of other sites giving you the minutiae.
Couples often come into the gallery, one is interested in the art the other, it seems, is mainly interested in their phone. But even the phone watcher seems to love Paul's work, and for a lovely moment is totally wowed! However they are greatly pleased to find out it's “a bit pricey” or “too big” and relieved they revert back to their phone. this is also a sly way for me to introduce the fact that the pieces we have are neither small nor cheap. Before I helped run a gallery I never knew that paintings get exponentially more expensive as they get bigger!
Another nice thing about Paul, he seems to be a genuinely nice guy - he knows he is a great artist but is also solidly down to earth.
Anyway hopefully we will be getting more of Paul's work soon so keep an eye on the website or pop into the gallery. We are open 7 days a week and always happy to see you.
